Tatting with fine rayon/silk thread was a bit slow & fiddly, since I couldn't really see how the stitches were forming. Relied on years of experience & tactile instinct, with occasional peering through a lap magnifier ;-P
But enjoyed the journey & applied a lot of new learning, being able to manoeuvre through gave me a sense of achievement.
