Time for the twisted chains and the Lizbeth #80 in this dye is imposibe to work with. A real pain.
After cutting off all the chains edgings I had done around four ovals, I am back on track. Better this time. I re-read the pattern. Oh, those scissors keep busy!
June 14
Adding the last two motifs... Then on to small motifs all around.
June 20... Too many mistakes! I am shelving this for now. I am going to tat a smaller Ben Fikkert and maybe later redo this pattern. It was a good learning device, but it is just too unprofessional for me to go on. : (
July 8
It is now 22" in diameter!
July 19 Closer to finishing. : )
July 25 - 4 more motifs to add and then the final row! Yay!
August 1 Finished! I do NOT like Lizbeth thread!!
